By pressing the button, HR creates a new web page which it sends to the employee who wants to join the group.
Through this process the new employee completes an online form with its details and automatically creates the membership form requested by each insurance company, which is automatically sent to the email.
The employee checks his details and after signing it (in those companies where the electronic signature is not enough) he gives it to his HR for approval.
At the same time, our company automatically creates an account in One for All Portal for access to the rest of our services and automatically sends it all the required documents that it needs (Booklet, GDPR, etc.)
In this way, through our One for All platform, the process of registering the employee is completed easily and without errors.
